Team Series

Skip, Priscilla, Sarah, Kelly and Tim enjoying some lunch and libations after doing 2 of their 4 workouts for this weekend's Team Series. Today they collectively benched 710 lbs. and did 150 Wall Balls, 100 Cleans and 50 Muscle Ups in just 14:53!!!

Fancy Five

No basic handoff high fives today.  Everyone had to give the right-left high five foot clap chest bump, as Sarah and Kelly show us here.  But then Scott steals the show, check out his solo performance below!
