Cool little partner shuttle sprint to finish the workout today.  Here is Bill, Laura, Michele and Sabrina focused on fire!

Workout:

22 Minute AMRAP:
2 Rope Climbs
15 Air Squats
15 Sit Ups
*800 meter run at start of clock.  600 meter run at 7 minute mark.  400 meter run at 13 minute mark.  200 meter run at 18 minute mark.  Rest two minutes and complete 10 shuttle run sprints with a partner, about 20 meters up and back.
